Answering Machine Detection

Hello, just a quick question that I hope some of you could help me with.
I have noticed the AMD module in Asterisk and I was wondering whether this is built in to Goautodial. If so where would I enable it?
Also with the Lyra AMD I noticed two prices which is per channel and a permanent license. Has anybody received a quote off of Sangoma for the permanent license? If so how much approximately did the quote you?

Just go to your campaign settings and turn answering machine detection to ON from OFF. The built-in AMD is up to 70% accurate.
You might need to go back to Sangoma for their call progress detection (CPD - Lyra) system. It's been a while since we last use it. And it was the per channel license.
