Outbound Campaign - Notification when a call is coming

Hi Team,

I'm a new user of the v4.0 version, it works very well. Now I'd like to fine tune it.
On outbound campaign, when a lead on line is "assigned" by the ACD to an agent there's no nofication, is there a way to notify the agent with a sound ?

Hi Zimo Call,

May we know what kind of notification sound you want to apply? because by default there's already a short beep sound that the agent will hear before the call connects.
