GoAutoDial V4 - Vicidial Admin

Recently installed GoAutodial v4 , I am unable to access the Vicidial admin page when clicking on the Vicidial Administrator link
The password does not work , is there a way that we can access the vicidial admin page?

I don't recommend installing Vicidial on the same server. What I usually do is, if I need features or settings that are not available in GoAdmin, I just change them directly in the database. But I hope this link can help you: https://goautodial.org/boards/3/topics/18504?r=18507

Resetting Vicidial Admin password via MySQL is the most popular and effective way to regain access when you are unable to log in.
