MOH Issue

Today I have upload a wav in the format requested it show up in the audio file chooser and plays fine, I have created an MOH listing for it and also tried adding to the default MOH playlist, the problem is the system will not play the MOH at all it plays the default (classical) wav included but not mine?

Does anyone have any ideas please

Can you post your asterisk CLI from start of call to finish.?

Hi,

Also make sure you uploaded a 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav)
