Phone number missing last digit on agent UI.

I have reset the html directory on the server from a virgin machine and reapplied the agent UI patch. Still 9 digits instead of 10. Is there a setting I am missing?

Even fewer digits this morning after renewing the list! Check the phone number at the top. It is very weird. Last night all of the digits were there for a moment. The hopper ran dry. On refilling the hopper there are three digits missing this morning.

Here is an example with only one digit missing. I log in and then log out....wait an hour....and it is anyone's guess how many digits will be missing. The missing digits have ranged for zero to three.

Solved. Overloaded defined area field with more than 1000 characters. Shortened the loaded fields and problem went away.
