Hi
I have installed Goautodial 2.0 ce [VERSION: 2.2.1-237 BUILD: 100510-2015 ASTERISK VERSION : 1.4.27.1-vici]. everything is fine. Just having problem with one part. one i use agent login there should be call incoming to the softphone. But no call are coming. cli out put -

Please help me with it...

Have you read the Getting Started Guide here: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guide ? Your softphone needs to be continuously connected to the server.

Fire All Agents who received this error because they don't want to dial and want Chill. Because this error is agent created. when they logged in on Xlite or eyebeam the press the ignore button the session not developed with Dialer and the End result is Noone is in your session: 8600051
