How to configure a second number on Goautdial (and other questions)

Hello,
I am using this amazing software for my micro call center, and just got another contract.
I am not the one who installed GOautodial, so I am really on an unknown territory. Here are my questions, if I may:
1 - I have already a number for receiving calls installed, can I add another one for the same agents ?
2- Even though we use eyebeam, the configuration wasn't set on eyebeam itself but rather on goautodial with users connecting via a local ip. Can I set the new number I will be working on the same way ?

I will appreciate all the help and advice I can get.

Hello, thanks for your reply.
Actually I have Goautodial configured to receive and call via a carrier. My center had a new contract, a french system called audiotel.
I received an sip adress, a login and a password. It is configured to receive only calls as precised in the mail. I'd like to know how to use these credentials.
Should I set up a new carrier ?
If so, where can I find the area when I log in Admin mode. And what should I write ?
I am based in Tunisia, and I'll be receiving calls from France.

I am using Counterpath's eyeBeam.
It is sat up via local lan to Goautodial. How would I know which carrier a received call is using.

I still want to clarify some points.
This carrier is made only for receiving calls, do I set the context to trunkinbound ?
Are there some other files that I also need to set up ?

Check your Managers Manual table E. Create an inbound-group, point a DID at it, and take calls...22
