Totally Lost

Hi Sirs, I have a fresh install of GoAutoDial and i can't seem to make the thing call out. I have placed the SIP account settings and all that, but it says there are no one else with me during sessions, and I can't call out. How do I copy/paste the CLI output on here so that you can help me with the debug process. Thanks a lot!

Hi Allan,

What Goautodial version you installed? Have you change your server IP address if so did you run the update_server_ip after the
changes then reboot?

i installed the latest one that can be downloaded here:
Kernel Version 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE (SMP)

I also did update_server_ip and reboot. still no bread...
I followed every setting on the Getting Started list, but even the TESTCAMP Campaign cannot call out... Anything I maybe missing here?

and another thing, this shows up on the agent screen when i try to make a call... DEBUG OUTPUT6467230500... any idea what these things mean?

Hi Allan,

Can you post the carrier setting you have Setup in your Dialer?
Is this a single server?
