problème sur les appels sortants

Bonjour,

Nous avons installé l'outil goautodial , tout est configuré normalement. Le seul problème c'est les appels sortant. on nous entend pas très bien. pour deux postes que je teste. à chaque fois les appels crachent et plus rien.

Pourrez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait , que dois-je faire

Hi Walid,

Please use english when you post in this forum, anyway try to check the following that might affecting your calls.
1. Softphone codec
2. Agent workstation
3. Bandwidth consumption
4. Workstation (CPU usage)
5. Softphone (try to other softphones like zoiper, xlite and eyebeam)
6. Headset (try to compare usb headset and jack headset)
