vtiger syncronization with vicidil in goautodial 2.0

hello everyone...
i have read the vtiger.txt and applied procedures defined in it ..and able to get pop-up on agent screen of leads on incoming call,and agent can modify the fields also...but still the syncronization with vtiger is a bit of confusing nd complicated ..can someone plz post tried and tested steps for the same ..

the main purpose of vtiger and goautodial integration
1. click to dial from vtiger via goautodial
2. incomming call popup in vtiger
3. goautodial users sync with the vtiger user list
4. webform target to vtiger to save and make call appoitnment for the calls made
