GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Hi,

I have a static ip in my server where my inbound calling is working fine. I have signed up with nexvortx.com and have setup the carrier in goautodial. For some reason it says its not able to register it.

My server is pinging google.com, so that means it is connected to internet. I am getting inbound calls so that means voice port is forwarding properly to the server. I dont know what could be the problem. Below is the asterisk cli and my carrier settings:

Note: I want to dial in us and canada

Asterisk cli: (Note: when I setup the same account in X-lie in a computer in the same network, it works fine and also able to make outbound calls)
