AMD/Advanced Settings for Survey/Voice Broadcasting?

Hi,
I am testing goautodial to use as a voice broadcasting tool. I've got everything running fine, except when a voice broadcast campaign encounters an answering machine it hangs up, and doesn't leave a message. I want the same message played regardless of answering machine or live caller. Is there any way to do this?

For some reason 'advanced' settings doesn't exist for survey campaigns - I was going to try and change the routing extension thinking that might help, but I can't.

you need to check this option
AMD send to Action = Y
and
Answering Machine Message

if you not able to get this option in goautodial page try in vicidial admin page
for vicidial admin page browse https://ip/vicidial/welcome.php
