Issue w/Calls not being transferred into the Conference Room

Hello, Using GoAutodial 3.3

Everything is installed and working for the most part. We can connect to the trunk and make outbound calls and have voice on both ends. When doing testing and with a campaign. The number dials and rings but for some reason the call is not transferred into the conf room the agent is waiting on when in autodial. If dialing manually from the campaign, the call goes through and connects to the conference room. Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue.

Please do post your asterisk CLI logs while attempting a call on a AutoDial method.
