Is it possible to be Making Calls manually via the phone handset instead of using the dialer?

So we have setup a server with goautodial and it is working great.
My question is, we have a group of people that need to be doing manual calling from the phones at certain times, and when they are not doing that , they will be logging in an using the dialer.
Is there a way to just use the hard phone we have set up to dial through the server?

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

yes you can dial directly from hardphone or softphone without loogin into goautodial agent portal.

just check what is the dialprefix to dial via your carrier,
then dial with that prefix followed by actual no from the phone.
