Time synchronization issues, GoAutodial 3.3, Before and after upgrade.

People Goautodial.

This is a new installation , the time and date , time zone , are configured to -6, the time on the server Linux Centos is correct , the BIOS time is ok to, but in the web administration increases one hour, for example if the server time Linux Centos is 14:00, in the WEB administration are 15:00. In administration of GoAutodial, System Settings, Server and agents have the same time zone -6

The problem occurs before and after updating the Goautodial server. Although the time and time zone were configured correctly.

My configuration:

nano /etc/php.ini

[Date]

Linux Centos Server Time:

[root@ccserver ~]# date

One more thing , if you access the web page Vicidial , time and date is correct, this indicates that the problem is located on the website of GoAutodial administration console

After changing timezone its advisable to reboot the server, then provide us the screenshot of your Cluster Status shown on GoAdmin.

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Please see attached, cluster status and time Goautodial web console .

The cluster looks good, the time on web console continued with different hour, but when trying to login an agent, the system does not.

I appreciate your comments.

Modify the .iso with ISO MASTER tool in Ubuntu. I extracted the two files ks.cfg and ks.adv.cfg, after modify add to the ISO the files are change, save as a new ISO.

Make adjustments to the kickstart file centos in the area nerwork , Please change : NO DHCP!!!!

network --device eth0 bootproto=static --ip=192.168.75.200 --netmask=255.255.255.0

timezone --utc=America/Costa_Rica

The problems are presented from the beginning of the installation, the installation Wizard not allowed to enter the network parameters and the timezone .

The script that is run after changing the IP Setup does not work well and let trash, ruining installation.

Goautodial requires improving the kickstart files and activate the two options missing. Remember that Goautodial is a very powerful application call center that runs on a server, this application requires the use of a static IP address. DHCP NEVER!!!

After installation, don't forget run SETUP, put there, Gateway, Host Name and DNS's servers, and change nano /etc/php.ini des comment time zone and put you time zone. Finally reboot and upgrade, yum upgrade.

I hope this procedure help people with Time Zone Synchronization issues.
