Description
Hello ,
Everytime i log an agent and after like 10 seconds i have this message "You have been disconnected. " i even tried to do new installations and i have the same problem ( i didn't even change the ip address )
please helpe me .

Hi karim,
please take below steps and troubleshoot yourself.
1. use a softphone on tho eyebeam or x-lite on different computer and register using your one of the extention configured automatically when u install goautodial. ex-8001
2. call from 8001 to 8002. is it working ?
3. now login in goautodial agent with eyebeam or x-lite. have you listen " you are only person in conference"
if not your dahdi driver is not correctly installed. you can also use dummy dahdi driver. if you can hear
4. repair the mysql database. and restart the mysql service.
mysqlcheck -u root --password=vicidialnow --auto-repair --check -o -A

Thanks for your answer , But i did what you told me and i still have the same problem ( i have the same problem at 3 different servers one of the still have the default installation without any modification ) the 3 servers are not relited to each other .
