Chris,
We need to have the "Pause Codes" feature available in both our agent and admin interfaces.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee changed from Chris Lomuntad to Jerico James Milo
Added the pause code on the admin side... James will try to fix the bug on the agent side where the session is getting dropped whenever you hangup a call. After he's done fixing the agent bug, i'll continue adding the pause code script on the agent interface.

We need the "Agent Pause Codes Active: Y/N" feature in the campaign settings:
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 80 to 90
- Status changed from In Progress to Feedback
- Assignee changed from Chris Lomuntad to Levy Ryan Nolasco
Done adding the Agent Pause Code dropdown on the campaign settings.
