Please update the "Status" on the agent overlay. Additional status like "Dead" and statuses from the custom entries in "Pause Codes" are not showing.

Hi Sir Chris,

Dead status shows INCALL, While Hangup shows Paused on our Agent Monitoring screen vs the ViciDial Realtime monitoring screen. Please see the screenshot for your reference. Kindly change the Pause Code screen same as the Default Disposition screen. Also, Please include the following features on campaign Hotkeys, Lead Recycling,Pause Codes. Thanks!
