Add new user manual agent ID

Franco,
We need to have an option for the end-user to manually edit the agent ID in the "add new user wizard". Just like the "add new campaign wizard".

Default should be unchecked. Text beside tickbox: (check to edit user ID and name)
Follow the format on the campaigns creation wizard.

Hi Franco,
Save button on "Add New User" doesn't work. I tested it using the option Auto generated users and manual add user but it doesn't work. Also, Please change the "Username to User ID" as per Sir Demians request. Please see the attached file.

Thanks for the update. Add User is now working properly on both Mozilla Firefox and Google chrome browsers.
