Clicking "Agent ID", "Agent Name", "Level", "Status" and "Group" should sort the entries alphabetically and/or numerically.

Hi Franco,

I made some test and clicking "Agent ID", "Agent Name", "Level", "Status" and "Group" is not sorting accordingly. Kindly veiw the attached file.

I get the same results. Sorting does not work. Reuse the working code from the other pages that has sort working.
