Hi Franco,

I made some test and clicking "Agent ID", "Agent Name", "Level", "Status" and "Group" is not sorting accordingly. Kindly veiw the attached file.

I get the same results. Sorting does not work. Reuse the working code from the other pages that has sort working.

Thanks for the update. I made some test and "Agent ID", "Agent Name", "Level", "Status" and "Group" can now be sorted alphabetically and numerically. Kindly view the attached file.
