Description
Dev Team,
The Remote Agent must be not detected as users when i adding user. (e.g i add new user i see in the Current User is 9 but the user is only 5, The current User should be only 5 )

plus bug concern of Jeff Varias he noticed when choosing user_group admin user_level didn't have level 9

Hi Franco,
Thanks for the update. Added Admin users now have level 9 access. I made some test by adding a user and selecting Admin as user group and verified it is working.
