Hi Team,

Would like to request the removal of the Agent Performance Detail as the computation for the fields on this report are different from the Agent time Detail and do not accurately reflect the activity of the agents. Furthermore this report confuses our clients as they often wonder why the statistics do not tally with the other reports.
