Hello Gurus
i need to know whether the following can be achieved and if yes then appreciate if you can share the procedure as well
1. Create Outbound Campaign and upload lead numbers with csv
2. System dials out and customer answers the call
3. Customer will listen to the offer
4. And then system will ask.. if you like to buy this offer "Press 1" or Press 2 disconnect the call
5. After customer Press 1 then only the cal should to queue to outbound agents
is there a way to achieve this ?
