Good day! There are no known issues with regards on the issue you are having with. We made some test and verified that pause agent dialing are working on both Google chrome and Mozilla firefox browsers. This issue/bug tracker is meant for bugs, feature request and issues related to the GoAutoDial CE ISO and system installation.
