Description

scenario:
operator who calls and while on call updates (f5) the page. the system puts it back and reconnects the phone but the conference does not arrive because the previous active call has not been closed and there is no way to close it. If you call again when the call is closed, the hangup and the telephone connection will be closed and until the first call is closed (reboot) there is no way to resume the conference. how can you solve it?
