Pause code creation problem

Description
Hi,
After creating pause codes from campaign A, i then save the pause code and it takes me back to the campaign page. If i click on "Choose Action" and select pause code on campaign B, the pause code creation window will display the previous pause codes i have created in Campaign A. It seems that the pause code creation wizard does not refresh the data to reflect the correct pause code info on the current campaign.
