Hello everyone, system worked very well with outgoing calls there is no problem .... but I have a difficulty with incoming calls, I have a number registered to my sip trunk, I follow the manual and create an inbound campaign and assign the agent , when the agent enters to manage and receives a call, it is cut automatically in 2 seconds in all calls
