I can not get any customer info on Agent login page

Hi,

I have installed Goautidal- V4 on below system on cloud server cent os.

I have updated leads, Carrier and i do get dail tone, but I dont get customer information on agent login page like it does not show name, phone no, state, city on agent page. however i have added this in the leads. please help me out.

everytig else is fine but only this is the issue i should get customer info so so we can work normally.
Install V4 on below cloud server
2 vCore CPU
4 GB Ram
120gb SSD
