Hello.
I configured a campaign of INBOUND with GOAUTODIAL 4, but even if I configured correctly the function PRESS_CALLBACK_QUEUE, it doesn’t work and it doesn’t call back the numbers that end up on the CALLBACK list
I ask for urgent help, please.
It’s an important work for a medical clinic

Dear Assistenza Powermedia ,
This is common issue which comes from the carrier dialplan , reconfigure it.... OR
To diagnose this problem dial a call , then put it call back within 1 minute after , open asterisk log and watch the call back AGI processing then post it here will be solved easily...
