New Install from scratch, cannot log in with goadmin

This issue happens on a new Centos 7 install following this guide :

Final step is to update via link:
https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Update_latest_version_via_Github

After, checking db, password hash for is empty for the goadmin user and even setting one gives username/password incorrect.

Unable to login to the system at all as it keeps giving username/password error.
