inbound setup

Hello,

I have installed latest 3.0 version of GOAUTODIAL, with hp server having 2 gigabite network port , and 16 gb ram with 1tb hdd, i have it connected and configured with a voip provider for outbound. and is working fine.

i wish to start inbound , what are the things i need to add more to the existing setup , if it is international inbound (australia), or local inbound ( india).

do i need to have PRI cards, is it really necessary, and DID numbers

You need a PRI card or a GSM Gateway for India, and for Australia simply take a DID Number
