IVR Setting

Hi Guys,
Please Help me if anybody can tell how to configure IVR Press 1. And what should be dial ration for 5 agents on IVR.

You can check the detailed campaign settings to configure a Broadcast/Survey Press 1 campaign, also you can try downloading the vicidial managers manual for your guide.
