Hi all,
Can any one help me out how to create the IVRs using the goautodial for INBOUND / OUTBOUND calls plz., I am using the goautodial2.0. I searched almost to get the details., but I cannot find any Information related to..

Hi,

You can create IVR for INBOUND from VICIDIALADMIN>INBOUND>SHOW CALL MENUS and for OUTBOUND You need to read the Vicidial documentation on how to do broadcast dialing, robo-calling and press-1 dialing.
