Problems with running Agent.

Hello everyone, good morning.
Beforehand, I apologize for my English ...
I installed GoAutodial 3.0 on a PC with Virtual Box.
I did not have any problems with the installation or the configuration.
However, when I access the system through the Agent and log in, it stays connected for 15 seconds and drops, regardless of what I'm doing ...
I have already checked my network connections and they are all working normally, if I access it through Admin, I can stay as long as necessary to configure that the system does not fall.
The message that appears is "Your session has been disabled" "LOGOUT" "Go Back"
