Call Notes Per Call Missing

I am using GAD 3.0v ISO. The Call Notes Per Call setting I believe is located in the advanced settings, however, I do not see it listed in any campaign. Include the test campaign that came with the system. I've checked to see if there was a setting I missed in System Settings, but nothing seems to need to be checked.
Does anybody know how I can activate that setting? Perhaps one of the files in my system needs to be modified?
I attached a picture of what I see in the advanced section of a campaign.

Thanks Willie. I didn't even know GAD included a vicidial admin system. I don't recall seeing that information listed in the Howto manual for v3.3
On a side note, I'm thinking about upgrading to GAD4. Is there an active demo that I can play around with or not? Looks like the link posted a few years ago is down. If not, do you know what version of vicidial is installed with GAD4?

--By Default vicidial web is included in GADv.3. ISO as for backup if the some settings are not available in GoAdmin

--To play around I would recommend to install it using VirtualBox (https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4). Please take note vicidial web is not included in ISO, but the version is 2.14b0.5 that can be check un system_setting database table.
