IPphone/Softphone won't register to goautodial

Hi,

I installed the V4 fresh installation

I update the IP with script and add the ip on /var/www/html/php/goCRM......php

I have acces au GUI and I configure a carrier (It's registered)

but when I test to login softphone agent or register softphone X-lite it's not work

Do you have an idea what's the problem ?

We highly recommend going over the Getting From Started Guide for v4. You don't need softphones anymore since v4 uses webRTC. You only need Google Chrome.

i have an installation with several sip hardphones..
can i use them with goautodial ?

Yes, you can. Disable WebRTC in the admin settings. The use the phone login details of your phone extension to your SIP phones.

its not possible to have mixed agents, some with webrtc and some with hardphones ?
