Goautodial 4 - Campaign is not calling..

Added by George Michalopoulos almost 6 years ago

Hello all,

I installed GoAutodial 4, at least 5-6 times the last week, but i still cant make calls..
Installation was from iso image, on a VM, enabled network, changed ip to kamailio, rtpeng, etc.. according to the manuals..
created an IAX carrier to connect to my existing pbx, when i create a sip account and connect a softphone, it works..

Then new campaign, new list, new script, agent logged in, no calls.. :(
everything else is at the default settings.. Can anyone help me ?

Hi,

Can you please try to change the hopper level to 200 - 500 then reset it. and can you please send the asterisk logs when you Log-in and when you are dialing?

Hi,

When you login did you hear a voice prompt confirmation "You are the only person in this conference". What are the entries on your sip-goautodial.conf? As for your Dashboard Time issue can you make sure that your php.ini (Date.Time), server time and timezone on the admin settings are all the same.

Yes, i can hear this prompt when the web client logins..

these are the contents of sip-goautodial.conf

[root@cc2 ~]# cat /etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf
[kamailio]
;encryption=yes ;uncomment for TLS encryption
disallow=all
allow=opus
allow=ulaw
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=default
qualify=yes
nat=force_rport,comedia
host=vaglxc01.goautodial.com ;change me to my FQDN
insecure=port,invite

I changed the time to php.ini and its ok now..

my current problem is that hopper is empty...

     NO SHUFFLE-NEW-LEADS INTO HOPPER DEFINED FOR LEAD ORDER
     NO DIALABLE LEADS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN
     hopper too low (0|700) starting hopper dump
     ERROR CANNOT ADD ANY LEADS TO HOPPER

Hi,

Are you able to upload leads by following the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HowTo_Load_Leads_30

If yes, Please provide us the output of the following:

1. mysql -A
2. Select phone_code, phone_number, first_name, last_name from vicidial_list where list_id='XXX' limit 50;

XXX means you have to put your leads list id

Thanks
