In the dashboard I can't get the call report to work for hours and the inbound call counter. has anyone solved the problem?

Please update your server on latest version.

Just simply follow the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Update_latest_version_via_Github
