outbound auto call sound alert to agent

Dear all

I installed Goautodial 4 form the ISO, updated all from the repo
I am testing the outgoing automatic dial, but when the call is going to the agent, it does not hear any sound alerting the agent that he has a live call

How can I add some ding before the live call?

Hi Ariel,

Ding sounds is for Inbound call only.

Thank you, so is there any way to configure any sound before the agent start a LIVE CALL ?

In version 3, the sound is playing when an agent take a call

Hi Ariel,

Version 3 is different from Version 4, information are posted here https://goautodial.org/ but you can play around on it. You can change the dialplan or use ingroup for ding sound.
