Change alert sound at the start of a call

Hi to all, I am new to GoAutoDial,

When an inbound call arrives and is about to be picked up by an agent a 'ding' sound is played to the caller.

I want to know how to change the alert sound 'ti-di' (ding) sound to something else, or mute it all together

I have tried uploading other sounds and placing them in the '/var/lib/asterisk/sounds' folder (in the right formats with the rights perms)
and no change to that sound

I have also set the field "Agent alert filename" to the filename I uploaded or to X and no change

any help is appreciated

Hi,

You also need to change the "Agent Alert Delay" to the length of the audio file you are playing, in milliseconds.
