rtprngine.conf fileis empty

Hi all,

We have Installed Goautodial v4.

But, rtpengine service is not starting. We found the rtpengine.conf file empty

Kindly help us .....

Hi,

Did you use ISO or from scratch install? Try also to reboot the server and let us know the output.
