agent screen and events calendar

Can the agent screen also access the calendar (Events) area? or is there a better way to record something like a appointment schedule for a campaign?

Hi,

How about using Callback Disposition? but Events area is not included.

I don't think that callback dispo would be ideal for a appointment schedule. other reps wouldn't be able to see if there is a time slot open for that campaign.
