Which Reports & GO Analytics are you using, or are you not seeing any reports at all? Is this a fresh install? Have you modified any code and used the dialer? Could you please explain how you installed it and if you did anything else besides the basic steps for installation?

The conversation finishes and the softphone loses contact with the server; the operator must log back in before continuing work, and so on until the operator is deleted and re-created.

If you enable WebRTC, do you still experience the same issue?
