Hi I am using Goautodial 3.0 CE in predictive mode for outbound dialing. I am facing a issue if the customer hangs up during the call then goautodial takes some time to goto disposition page. Is it possible to reduce this time ?
The only way to go to the disposition page is when the agent clicks the HANGUP button. The speed depends on your agent finishing the call and clicking HANGUP. That's the time the disposition page appears.
