About Bug #27 patches.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this system but started to like it straightaway after installing.

I noticed some issues on the agent interface and then found the issue of Bug 27 (URL: http://goautodial.org/issues/27).

I downloaded all the links, but have a couple of questions applying them:

For the agent patches:
Do I have to install all the patches? if I do, do I have to install them in the order they are listed there or it doesn't matter which one to apply first?

For the admin patch:
I had a problem install it. The msg I got is: 6 out of 6 hunks FAILED. Here is the output: # patch p0 -i vicidial.admin-fix.patch
(Stripping trailing CRs from patch.)
patching file admin_header.php
Hunk #1 FAILED at 26.
Hunk #2 FAILED at 450.
Hunk #3 FAILED at 637.
Hunk #4 FAILED at 1057.
Hunk #5 FAILED at 1226.
Hunk #6 FAILED at 1455.
6 out of 6 hunks FAILED - saving rejects to file admin_header.php.rej

Any body can help? thank you very much indeed.

Hi,

Kindly back up your original folder (/var/www/htl/goautodial-agent/) and extract the file (tar zxvf agent-UI.goCE.11032011.tar.gz) to replace the original goautodial-agent folder.

1. For the agent interface, can I understand that the agent-UI.goCE.11032011.tar.gz is the only patch I need to install?

2. What about the admin interface patch: vicidial.admin-fix.patch then? I tried a lot times, only get 6 fail messages: 'Hunk #x FAILED at yy.'
Should I ignore this admin patch or should I try to manually apply?

Yes, This is the patch you need to install.

You don't need to install the admin patch on a default installation of GoAutoDial CE 2.1.
