Hi
on agent screen i am getting this error ```Your session has been disabled``
how can i fix it?

Hi,
When you have your session has been disabled, you can try to resolve the the issue by typing asterisk -r and see the errors.
However, one of the major cause of this is the softphone. Please make sure your softphone is synched with asterisk.

Hi there,
It could be other issue. Make sure to check all tables in asterisk database, it some tables are corrupted, so you should repair table then restart server.
