Can't get survey to play my audio files

Someone out there having the same issues? Just installed the latest and greatest version of GoAutoDial and I can setup the campaign and lists and converted and loaded all the audio files. GAD will go out and dial (as I have tested)but never plays the audio files as I have instructed in the survey and campaign. Any clues as I have been beating this up for the last 3 days.

What's the audio format of your audio file?

wav files, pcm,8mhz, mono, 16 bit
