Help w/Install
Added by M Hunter over 9 years ago
Hello, wondering if someone could help out. Doing an install. Have a test trunk setup and dialing out when straight dialing from a softphone. When in the application, Goautodial will not dial the number in the list or any number. Version is 3

Hi,
Please refer on below link about your dialplan.
http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Carrier_Sample_Configuration
Make sure the coordinate to following information to your VOIP provider before creating a dialplan:
1. Gateway or Server IP
2. Required Dial Pattern (for US or International call)
3. Required Dial prefix (if any)
4. Required ANI or CallerID (if any)
5. Required Codec
Thank you

Thank you. I can connect a softphone and dial out without any issue. The dialplan in the carrier settings does work. Looking closer, I am unable to associate a campaign with a carrier. I can only choose custom dialplan in the campaign settings when it appears I should be able to select the actual carrier to use.
