Dashboard Portal is very slow

I Installed Goautodial CE 3.3, made sure yum update -y was ran and updated everything. When i go to access it through the web url by typing in http://server it takes forever, i opened a command prompt and pinged my server address and the destination pings intermittently, or says destination host unreachable or request times out. i have my firewall off on my router, and i have ports 80 and 443 open. Please any help!

if you have two ethernet port switch the physical connection to another port

Hi,

Please confirm if you run the update_server_ip script after you've installed GoAutoDial CE, if not try to update_server_ip and reboot your server.
